CANCELLATION
Oak and Mane Hair Co. asks for at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation or rescheduling occurs with less than 24 hours' notice, a 30% fee will be requested to book a future appointment, calculated based on the price of the booked service.
RUNNING LATE
If you’re going to be late by 15 minutes please call ahead. Arriving more than 15 minutes late could result in your appointment being forfeited or rescheduled.
NO-SHOW POLICY
No-shows will incur a requested payment of 100% of the chosen service. Additionally, a non-refundable deposit will be required to schedule any future appointments.
